  1. the country is not bright enough to make that leap

  2. Absolutely.

Religion is just a belief. Nothing more, nothing less. Muslim is an amazingly peaceful religion. It's a shame unrest in the Middle East, and American media has painted such a dark shadow on a religion.

The only thing I care about in a candidate is policy, conviction and experience to a certain degree. Would it be right to say g**s, Women, Catholics, etc.. were not fit to be elected?

People must get educated and think with their head, not their heart.

  3. I would have to know this candidate's stand on issues like war and foreign relations, the economy, the environment, energy, health care, education, civil rights, the rights of working people, and the well being of all Americans. If these issues were important to this hypothetical candidate, like they are to me and I agree with said candidates stand, I'd vote for him or her. The candidate's religion and wardrobe are not that important.

  4. If their views and beliefs were close to mine and what I felt was  most in line with American values and the preservation of American, Absolutely.

I have no problem with religion, race or gender, I do have problems with Racist, Anti- Americans and Sexist.

  5. Sure Bush and bin Laden are friends. In fact we have sacrificed our troops to King Abdullah and Bush kisses him on the lips.

  6. No...

  7. NOPE!

  8. no i could not even if he were a moderate.  their teachings are that all non muslims are to be killed.  they believe that we are children of the book, but have errored from the 'truth' and are to be killed.

the moderates have failed to stand up to the radical terrorist who kill daily around the globe and he could not stand up against them for he would be killed also.

while we are aborting our babies, they have a high birth rate here and in the EU and in less than a couple ur of decades, they could be a majority and elected their own.

  9. Only if said Muslim agreed with me on the issues.  And one of the issues dear to my heart is a full-fledged support for Israel and a condemnation and destruction of Islamic terrorists worldwide, from HAMAS in Palestine to the Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines and everywhere in between.

Good luck finding a Muslim who believes that, they all think that terrorists are the oppressed victims in these conflicts.

  10. That depends.  What are his policies?

  11. It would depend on the issues, but if we agreed on them then yes I would vote for a Muslim or any other religion for that matter.

  12. Yes. I would as long as he/she doesn't bring harm to America and have my core values.  I also believe in separation of state and church. :)) tt

  13. Would well educated Muslims vote for a pork eating Christian who wears muslim clothes and rides a flying carpet?

  14. It depends on his views.  If they were closer to Bush's and McCain's than to the Clinton's, Gore's, Kerry's and Obama's, forget it.

  15. If i thought he was best for the job sure.....
