    I have actually had to walk out of subway a few times because of stuff like that. Once, they were almost finished my sub - the kid dropped a piece of food on the floor, then without thinking he put it on  my sub! So of course I said something... then he dug it out with his bare hands and asked if I was satisfied - I just turned around and left. There is no excuse for shoddy service like that, especially in the food service industry!

  10. no bcuz they r made so fast u dont really have time to do anything outside but if they sneezed on it i would ask for a refund and speak to the manager about the hygiene of the worker. but i would get another sandwich after the employee washed their hands very well

  11. Yes if they didn't make an effort to correc the situation.  Such as...

    If they continued to make the sandwich after sneezing on it, I would tell them "I want a new sandwich only after you wash your hands and the entire work surface."  If they refuse or act like my request is silly, then I'd leave, and I'd call the health department. And, If I was really mad I'd stand outside the door and tell customers coming in that they sneezed on my food and refused to make a new sandwich. Also writing to subway.com and reporting the franchise location will help.

    It isn't until businesses realize that mistakes can hurt  their business profits that most of them will change.

  27. I would not just leave.  The reason why I would be there in the first place is because I am hungry.  I would just demand that they make me a new one after washing their hands.  If they would not do it I would talk to a manager.
