  1. Orphanages.

Kids that come from orphanages are surprisingly well-adjusted, as they have a stable environment and tend to learn a strong work ethic, which makes them happier in later life.

The foster care system has turned out to be kind of a disaster, nothing against the foster parents, but there is no stability the way it is now, switching kids from mom to foster care to mom to a different foster home to mom to a third foster home...

  2. OK... PLEASE rephrase your question... I have absolutely no idea what the h**l you are talking about!

Make the parents work for who? The State Run Care Facilities? Sure... It would cut the costs that could go to making the places better for the kids, it would train the parents in both new job fields as well as in how to properly care for a child...

I personally know 2 people that were put in the foster care system in California and both of them committed suicide because they couldn't deal with the trauma of being raped by the people that worked at the homes...

Raped and used as slave labor by some of the families that they were given to...

Their mental trauma made each of them turn to drugs and alcohol to deal with the lingering PTSD and mental illness that resulted from both bad genes and trauma and abuse.

If you want to do what is best for the CHILDREN then you would put them down instead of subjecting them to years of torture in the State Run "Care" Facilities...

And sterilize the abusive parents while your at it to make sure they don't pop out any more children to ruin with their selfishness, substance abuse, and untreated mental illness!
