Would you wish to be very famous with a standard amount of money or vast money with small fame?

Vast money small fame.  The best of both worlds is wealth and privacy too.  Fame is a burden, not a blessing.

Vast money, small fame. I don't care how well-known I am, and value a working lifestyle.

I would rather be very famous and moderately wealthy than very wealthy with a small amount of fame.

Whether it be good or bad fame I would rather be known/remembered than be very rich. To me money can only give you so much, but fame lasts forever…or as long as people remember you. Thankfully we have historians to keep people informed about old, long gone people!
