  1. no

  2. ya, just don't always eat there for lunch, you'd get fat. the burgers taste kind of good, but so different from a real burger! you can actually taste the fakeness!!! it squishes when you eat it for crying out loud!!

  3. If I needed the $$$.  No shame in collecting a paycheck.

  4. Sure - why not?

If I didn't have a degree or any other skills, what's wrong with working at Mickey D's??

  5. Yep. I'm a 16-year old girl and I work at McDonalds. Before I started working there I was shy and withdrawn. Now, I'm outgoing, and I love my job. I've been promoted to manager, and I'm making about $4 above minimum wage. The first McDonalds I worked at was run horribly, so I switched stores, and I love the one I'm now at.

A lot of people think McDonalds is a horrible job. I'm here to disagree. I love my job. I'm working there, while finishing grade 12, and I'm making $700 checks that I can put toward my education.

  6. i did, and i don't want to do it again

  7. no it's really horrible. They made a girl with severe retardation my superior... that was the final straw. we found nasties in the burgers.

  8. I have worked at McDonalds. I have 3 years experience there. It is not that bad for someone that is young and can't find a better job for lack of education.

  9. Sure.  It's a good company with good people and a lot of people enjoy working there.  A lot of franchisees and executives started as crew people.

  10. No, I have nothing against McDonalds, but why work for minimum wage when you can host if your over 15 or serve if your over 18?

  11. Mcd. was my first job as a teenager.  The work, well it was work.  But I had a great time with the people I worked with.  Most were my age, but all from different high school.  It's worth it.

  12. Maybe if I did not have a job and needed the money.

  13. i wouldn't now or at least not my first choice.  It won't make enough to feed and cloth my family.  I would do it while i look for something else. I never worked fast food but it is great for high school and college kids. Also retired people  who need to get out of the house

  14. Don't do it if you can help it, I worked at jack-in-the-box and it is a pretty terrible job.

  15. Why would you not take ANY job if you needed a job and unless you are rich...you need a job.  I have worked there. Easy job, fun always. Great people, advancement opportunity, pay is quite good.  Some people with college educations work there in our town, because McDonalds pays more than they can make in their field. Jobs are scarce.  I must agree with Cgar. Who wants to sit home collecting welfare.....sad. People who would rather do that than earn a honest days wage are sad excuses for humans. Too many people think manual labor is beneath them or working fast food.......time to get over it. People today have no respect for self or others. People are lazy, unmotivated, no goals in life and think they are owed a living.......Life is what you make it, the same goes for a job.  Plus you get at least one meal per shift.....pay and food.....I'm loving it

  16. As a teen just to have a job...

But as an adult only if I had absoluetly no other choice

Don't get me wrong, I love cheeseburgers though........

  17. only as a last resort... I couldn't find any thing else...

  18. nO I know whats in the secret sause...

    I used to work there

  19. only if I was very desperate!

  20. Let's hope, I don't sink that low.

  21. By choice no but, if I had to so that I could put food on my table then yes.

  22. If I needed a job and MD was offering? What is wrong with that? Far too many people say that working in the fast industry is "beneath them".  Yeah, ok- I would rather work then sit at home collecting welfare checks and foodstamps!  I'd rather want to do something for myself.
