Would your financial aid drop if you have a 0.84 average?

what if you take the course over would that help keep the financial aid?

  1. With an average that low, there would be no need for financial aid. There would be no tuition to pay. Why?  At most colleges, you would be kicked out.


  2. Uh YEAH!  

    Generally, you have to maintain a C average for financial aid.

    In addition, any scholarship money will maintain its own criteria.  All that I've heard of require at least a 2.0 and many want a 3.0 or higher.

    If you are speaking specifically about student loans - your best bet is to make an appointment with your financial aid adviser.

  4. most likely. You will be on academic probation and if you got any scholarships that had anything to do with grades they will go out the window. The college doesn't want to pay for a kid that is failing!
