Question:

Wouldn't Brandy set the precedence on most cases where accident happen because someone's speeding?

she was speeding, she hit a car, someone died, she's not charged in the end.

If that doesn't set precedence for all the accidents that happen, what does?

if i happen to be in the same situation.. couldn't i say that in the brandy case, she wasn't charged. Why should i??

  1. I suppose you could say that (not that it would matter they would still throw the book at you...hypocrites) it just shows that money can buy you somethings...like someones life with no regard for consequences.

    It's sad really what the rich and famous are allowed to get away with.


  2. It all comes down to this phrase "gross negligence".

    Typically, speeding, if she was, does not constitute operating a vehicle with "gross negligence".  Of course it depends on how much over the limit one was going.

  3. She wasn't speeding.  Her speed was estimated at about 65mph, the speed limit in L.A.
