Wouldn't John Edwards been a better speaker than Nancy Pelosi last week?

John Edward's at least did something, was somewhat popular, and was a better liar.

Nancy Pelosi has steered Congress right into the mud trying every dirty trick in the book to block any successful legislation that might make Bush and the Republicans look good...at our cost.

She doesn't care about the country, she cares about herself.

McCain/Palin would expose this for what it is...and shame her into change...or a new job.

  4. Edwards is still recuperating from the near strangulation he received a few weeks ago.  He's just getting his voice back.

Exactly!  I much prefer listening to John Edwards than Nancy Pelosi, because I find her far more contemptable.  When she took it upon herself to fly off to foreign countries, embarrassing our country, I knew what she was then.  There are no words for a person like that, especially as she is so inept at doing her job..  She needs to focus on her work, not interfere with the work of others of which she has no part or place.  Pelosi should keep her Democratic Congress with their 9% approval rate in the Senate, so that they can work on our energy problems and try to do something right for a change.  Edwards is a good speaket, but Pelosi is not and that is her job.

  6. John Edwards is busy going around the country, demanding that organizations which had lined him up as a paid speaker beforehand fulfill their original contracts.  Typical shyster.  Typical Democrat.  If you voted for this t**d, you must feel pretty foolish.
