  1. One heavy rain storm could probably provide enough water for a city to fuel their cars for several months. You aren't talking about enough of anything to have environmental effects. Besides, the water leaves the engine as water vapor and settles on stuff as far as a mile away. It won't effect the roads.

On the other hand, children that are raised in homes within 200 yards of a busy highway are at a significant risk of severe lung problems later in life. The unexploded gasoline fuel that is thrown out of the tail pipe is very bad for people to breath in on a daily basis.

  2. when burning hydrogen you get water vapor, not liquid water. the water will eventually condense, but not as quickly as one might think.

  3. The main problem with hydrogen is its tendency to explode.  A safe technology has to be prevented to minimize this hazard.  You might recall that blimps once used hydrogen.  The most famous one, the Hindenburg, exploded and caused a great fire.  They now use helium.

When I was in school I used to make my own hydrogen using aluminum foil and lye.  I would then trap it in a balloon, tie a thread, and light it.  I would then watch it explode in the air.

  4. Hydrogen is the most explosive gas there is,what do u expect if u have a wreck.

  5. Using Hydrogen actually wouldn't be in any way converted into H20.  Once it is burned, It travels at 40 MPH into the air, never seeing it again.
