Wouldn't it be Wiser, more economically smart, & really more smart, For Nations that are in War or about to go into War to just Sign the Peace Contract before the War even gets started, so they'll be No Need for War ???

Don't you think that would be Wiser for nations to do that, instead of going into War ????

I mean the whole point of going into War is just for another Nation to say: Ok, Ok, we it, your Military is Too Strong for us, we can't take it anymore, you Win, Here we'll SIGN the Peace Contract.

Don't you think it would be Wiser for Nations Governments to Sign the Peace Contract before the War even begins??

So that way they'll be NO NEED for War, not to mention the Millions or Thousands of innocent people Dead??

Don't you think doing that would be Wiser for Nations to do instead of going into War ??

The problem with your question is you don't want us to consider history you say its 2008, but we didn't just land in 2008...we are where we are today because of previous events and catalysts.  Peace is always better and no nation, even ours did not set out to go to war without considering all options.  Furthermore you are dealing with nations that have different values and ideals than America so our ideas and conditions of peace may differ from others.  These ideals are what lead to wars in the first place.  War has been around forever and will not end until the human race does.
