  1. power is not going to bring about paradise.  But yes, but it will never happen as long as people like the rogues that have been leading are gone

  2. How does one 'straighten out' their history?

  3. You bet They are still upset about what happened 700 years ago in Palestine Mr Bush can't use the word nor can I  yahoo would delete my acct Does not matter that America did not exist than can't say it

  4. It is a blind fool who both forgives and forgets. It is an arrogant dictator who neither forgives nor forgets. And it is a wise man and brilliant leader who forgives, but does not forget.

Don't leave history so suddenly. It is history that teaches us not to repeat terrible mistakes in the future. Our history guides us and shows us our progress (or, in some cases, lack thereof). To leap forward and blindly parade about in celebration of "forgetting past tensions" is foolish. Sure, for a short time peace may reign, but soon people would start doing things, things that were supposed to be forgotten. Mistakes will be repeated, and conflict will erupt once more. Humanity isn't built for such peace.

Funny word, "utopia". It means "no place".

  5. The only way for world peace is to nuke every government, every major city and eliminate 75% of the world population.  Peace will then quickly come as people will once again need each other.

    Flame away

  6. I agree, if the U.S. would straighten up there might be world peace

  7. "You know, sometimes when you study history, you get stuck in the past."
