Secretariat wasn't really the greatest sire, but he was a great racer.  Maybe a better baby would be a Ruffian, Seattle Slew foal...  they had the same racing style...  can you imagine the speed that horse would have??!  But Ruffian would add a little speed to a Secretariat foal...  it would probably be a pretty good racehorse.

Yes that would be AWESOME!!!!!!

Secretariat (basically) only had 1 AWESOME racer named Lady's Secret. Ruffian, well we don't even know if she would be a good broodmare.

BUT OVERALL THAT WOULD BE SOOOOOOOOO NEAT!!!!

that would be awesome......If I had the money I would sooo by an offspring.....but my favorite race horse is Seabiscuit....you gotta love the underdogs.....so if Seabiscuit was a filly I would so get a Seabiscuit/Secretariat baby....but it wouldnt happen since their both guys and biscuit was around in the 40 s and sectrariat was around in like the 70s
