  1. No NCLB was a failed policy first we need to fix that but the idea you are coming up with is a good one


  2. No.  NCLB never quite got it right.

Great response...NCLB didn't get it right and your No Citizen Left Behind Act wouldn't do it either...the wrong people are making decisions in our government...people who do not truly understand what the needs of children (or citizens in your proposal,) are.  AND if they do they come up with grand ideas but no money to fund them.
