Wouldn't the $1 billion Bush wants to give to Georgia, be better spent at home on domestic problems?

Or not spent at all and give taxpayers a break?

Especially considering that the Federal govt. running about $600 billion in the red this year and $4 trillion of debt over the last 7 years?

thats what i was thinking...like for example i know war is inevitable but did we really need to spend about 500 billion (i think) dollars on that? but hey...i still believe in helping (and just a little in the govt still lol)...
