I don't know, Charlotte Casiraghi (along with her brothers, especially Pierre) could give her run for her money.

This said, Madeline is one of the prettiest Royals out there, that's for sure.

Madeleine's brother is awfully handsome.  The Casiraghi's aren't titled yet, but they're definitely up there, especially Charlotte.
