Wouldnt it be great if we all could leave out the politics and speak to each other about improvement?

There are good people and bad people in every religion and ethnicity in this world. I'm sure many Israelis are good people and ofcourse some are bad, just like there are good and bad Egyptians or Arabs.

We must all learn to live together, I'm sure most of the people of Israel and most of the people of palestine simply WANT TO LIVE and provide for their families...its the politicians that mess things up!

This is a real suggestion. I liked it.

I agree whole heartedly that peace is something to strive for. It would also be great if we could just "live and let live." There are actually Israeli Arab groups working for peace--of course they are only in Israel because Arabs who openly speak out for peace in their own countries are usually terrorized themselves.

Still, I do believe there will be a time of peace. And I'll never give up praying and working for it.

Yes but the hate and denial that the other side exists is a big obstacle too. It don't matter which side you are on if you dehumanize or ignore the other sides perspective you will never have peace. Israel and Palestine exist in the here and now,the world acknowledges both,the past has little relevance in the present or future. Denial will not bring peace. Women are not lesser or greater than men,females could change nothing. They would get mad at who looked better or have their opinion swayed by hormones. It would be no better than the testosterone fueled fight we have now. People are petty regardless of s*x. Eunuch leaders would be better.

Eh, I have to disagree with the who's to blame and it's the politicians fault in this, but I agree we could put politics aside.  I think it's too much male dominance in the culture/religion that is messing things up.

That burka doesn't just hide a woman's body it also symbolizes the silence of her voice.

If people are so worried about families and homes then leave it to a woman to know what to do for her children. Not enough women have a voice.

Women are good peacemakers I'd like to hear more of their women speak. If they can successfully drop the rhetoric and the propaganda and get their men to drop the weapons for a moment, then we could accomplish something.

Women that come from poor large families usually have to make due with what they have and make room and things like that.  Creative ideas happen it is what we have in common.

I agree with lupi...If the world was all female it would be a better place. They would just need a male (me) to mate with to keep up the population.
