What kind of psychos do you find when you ride Greyhound? This poor guy rides the bus and ends up getting slaughtered by his seatmate and EATEN. I always heard there were freaks that rode the bus, but this takes the cake. Even worse, his employer said he was the model employee.

  1. Nope not necessarily afraid to ride busses like Greyhound or other bus brand names. I believe he is not a psychos like you describe the person who hack and eat the other person, EVERYBODY experience traumatic experience in our lives. According to psychiatrict, people with so much problems snaps and forget the real world he is moving and resorted to the inner or dark side on his head. You will never knew the complication of such tragedy, maybe he lost somebody who is so close to him and when the tragedy once again set in to his head he snaps. Out of 10 incident this is likely to happen only twice. So no need to panic as of now.

CRIME like these do happen but not likely ligthning will strike at the same place. Like another incident with the same bus name and with the same gruesome incident such as these one. Maybe after 2-4 years in time but not in a Greyhound bus again.

  2. YES

    omg

canada is so safe compared to the other countries - in my opinion.

and that came as SUCH a surprise.. I mean random stuff like that doesn't happen like at all like maybe in the span of like 6-10 years besides shootings or murders

I was taken back by that.

I mean as a fellow canadian I am extremely scared about the people I meet now.

You never know right and like that guy was like super normal which makes it even all the more scarier.

I have never taken a greyhound bus because the idea of being on a bus with strangers isn't on my list of things to do in the first place.

But overall, I think canadians throughout canada are shocked and appalled by this incident.

  3. Could've happened anywhere.  Bus, plane, grocery store, nursery school.

  4. I've taken the greyhound numerous times in the USA.  I met some odd and strange people, no one that was violent or psycho.

    Strangest people I have met...

    - A Middle age Comedian from Spain he said he was "Well known in Europe"; 8 eights sitting near him.

    - A Marine UA/AWOL from the Marine Corps, 2 days! on the bus with him in 1999.  He was under a lot of stress.

  5. No, the AP is just trying to take down Greyhound.

  6. No, crazy people can attack you everywhere.  What makes me afraid is that this one guy is able to stab this guy dozens and dozens of time and even cut his head off on a bus with 40 people and no one even tried to help.  Everyone thought of themselves and left this poor guy to get slaughtered.  Even with a knife, he was on a bus with so many people, it would have been very easy for people to subdue him.

  7. That was just horrifying! You never know who is out there, day or night. Its a very scary world that we are living in.

  8. Yep - but I've known for years not to ride these buses.  I've seen some very strange, troubling things happening on the buses, and my family members have told me the same thing.

Never again will I or they ride one of them.

    Peace.

  9. I am not afraid to ride a Greyhound any more than any other public transportation. Think about it, in all the years Greyhound has run something like this never ever happened. It will probably never happen again. The guy who did it was probably mentally ill or something. Chances are good that Greyhound is still safe to ride.
