Wow, my ex-gf just crushed my heart, what should I do?

she was my first love and all. She told me basically today, that she is better of life with out me. After hearing that, now i feel sooo sad :(

my ex was doing the same thing to me, women are the same regardless of age.

I fin ally had enough of it and told her to never to call me again. I told her that i was tired of being put down and i wasnt going to take it any longer. Best thing to do in my opinion, as long as you continue to impower her then she is going to keep making you feel this way.
