Wow, what other driver can I buy in golf now??

LOL I say that half jokingly but I wanted to invest in some new clubs so I purchased the Adams OS set of irons and hybrids and next was the driver. Since I am a high handicapper 30+ strokes I decided to purchase the TaylorMade Burner Draw. Hated it so I sold it and bought the Nike Sumo2 SQ 5300 MOI driver and I can't hit it either. I know you are going to say its not the club its me and yes I know that as well. However, I had a Nike clone driver with a 12* loft that I could hit fairly well so thats why I figured the 13* Nike driver would be a wise choice but I am having big time trouble hitting it as well. I am topping the ball and hooking it just like I did with the TaylorMade driver. My swing speed has been timed in the upper 80's to mid 90's. Do lessons really help a bad golfer that much?? Is there a club that helps golfers like me make better contact then the two new clubs I have tried so far??

I have worked at golf galaxy before and seen all sorts of golfers.  Working with a pga professional can help anyone figure out what are the right clubs for you and your game.  Don't be afraid to ask around and get some input first before going out and wasting money.  I would recommend looking into Taylor Made R series drivers for I have always been a fan of Taylor Made and they are not too expensive.

I like my King Cobra.  It is nice to hit with.  I wont bore you with the "you need to practise more" malarky cause we both know it is tru already.  

Ask your pro.  He, or she, are your greatest source of help.  they will fit you up with exactly what you need.  They will prob sell to your and maybe discount the club aswell.  Ask if you can try the club out, they might put a bit of tape over the face to protect it and then let you have a hit.  Do not rush into anymore buys though.  Have fun testing out which club you want then make a purchase.  The club is just as important as the player.
