Wow.. i need help with my itunes account.please help?

ok, i went to the apple store , the man that helped showed me how to empty all the junk files... well he actually deleted all my music, n i'm pissed , so does anyone know how to go in the computer n get thouse files out of the trash n back into my itunes??

please help .. cause this suxx

plug in ipod make sure it is connected and seen by computer then go and open trash can high light all files and click restore to origanal location thats it
