Because people who like and do know what handball means, don't ask Qs about it. they ask about something else in other sections, ......... in other world they know everything about it.

For 2 very simple reasons.

#1- Most people in the English yahoo no nothing about the game of team handball. Lets face it NBC isn't going to give prime time coverage to a sport the USA sucks in.

Hard to ask a ? about something most people never even saw.

#2- Handball played off a wall with a hand and ball is a very niche sport that most people wouldn't ask ?'s about.

Why does Handball have a category?

If you look at the bottom of the screen you'll find questions international like Germany and Spain where they have pro leagues and play this sport at the international level.

Yahoo hasn't figured out how to separate the categories in each international category. Germany questions has baseball and other sports they don't care about and we in the USA get handball or cricket.
