There are tons tons and tons of other promotions, the promotions tho are mainly just restricted to one area.

There is the: New Japan (located in Japan (duh) very very good wrestling

AAA Wrestling (located in Mexico) lucha libre

There are alot of local shows. I mean my dad even has a promotion so just look around where you live. Those 3 are the only big ones i really know of.
