Wrestling: WWE Superstars - Goldust and Yoshi Tatsu vs. Zack Ryder and Primo Colon
WWE Superstars has become an excellent platform where young wrestlers fight to prove their skills. These young wrestlers are joined by more experienced fighters and the combination of youthful energy and veteran experience results in exciting and thrilling matches. Last Thursday WWE Superstars started with a huge tag team match with the team of Yoshi Tatsu and Goldust fighting against the tag team of Zack Ryder and Primo Colon. This was a chance for these wrestlers to create a huge impact in the professional wrestling world and make a case for a match on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smack Down. All these four wrestlers belonged to the roster of Monday Night RAW.
Yoshi Tatsu fought and trained in Japan for several years before joining the squared circle of WWE. The partner of Yoshi Tatsu is considered as the most bizarre wrestler in the world of professional wrestling. Goldust wears an extraordinary golden costume and a wig. This unusual pair of Goldust and Yoshi Tatsu had a tough challenge to face. Primo Colon, who is the brother of former Inter Continental champion Carlito, was also looking to make an impact in the wrestling world. Primo Colon’s partner, Zack Ryder comes from Long Island and is the former WWE Tag Team champion. Zack Ryder became WWE tag team champion by joining forces with Curt Hawkins a few years ago.
The match started as Zack Ryder and Yoshi Tatsu faced each other in the ring. Yoshi Tatsu was quick to go on the attack as he ran into Zack Ryder and knocked him down on the ring floor. Yoshi Tatsu then used his elite Japanese fighting skills and delivered chops on the chest of Zack Ryder. Zack Ryder was devastated as he desperately tried to fight back against the ruthless Japanese warrior. Yoshi Tatsu then tagged in the veteran wrestler Goldust who entered the ring by delivering a punch to the already twisted arm of Zack Ryder. Zack Ryder was left with no option then to tag in his partner, the second generation wrestling superstar, Primo Colon.
Primo Colon stayed at the receiving end of the match and desperately tried to defend himself against the fluent attacks of Yoshi Tatsu and Goldust. Primo Colon then tried to shift the momentum of the match by delivering hard core punches to the head of Yoshi Tatsu. Primo Colon then tagged in Zack Ryder so that Zack could finish the match by pinning Yoshi Tatsu. Zack Ryder applied various submission locks but failed to end the match as Yoshi Tatsu refused to give up. Yoshi Tatsu quickly gained momentum in the match and slammed the body of Zack Ryder in the middle of the ring floor.
Then Yoshi Tatsu ran in the ring and delivered his knee to the face of Zack Ryder. Yoshi Tatsu went for the cover and many considered it as the final moment of the match. But Primo Colon came from behind and attacked Yoshi Tatsu to break the three-count. The disregard for the rules of professional wrestling gave enough time to Zack Ryder to gather his strength. Zack Ryder quickly jumped in the air and landed on the neck of Yoshi Tatsu. That was the end of the match as the referee counted to three with both shoulders of Yoshi Tatsu touching the ring floor.
Goldust watched in despair as he saw the referee raising the hands of Zack Ryder and Primo Colon as the winners of the match. Though Yoshi Tatsu lost the match, he certainly impressed the crowd and the commentators as people talked about his Japanese fighting skills and high risk manoeuvres. It is a huge win for an emerging superstar like Zack Ryder. This win will help Zack Ryder to cement his credibility in the world of professional wrestling.
