  1. For cardio and core, you can do the following exercises - make sure not to stop between sets:

end-overs with the truck tire for 20 reps - kettle-bells for 30 reps (I like the Turkish Get Up) - axe chops with medicine ball 30 reps - extended leg crunches with medicine ball 20 reps - lunges 20 reps - bicep curls (25 lbs each) 20 reps per arm - stand and sprawl 20 reps then recover 1 min.

    Repeat 5 rounds.

This is about a 4 minute complex, so you should be only a little winded after the first set.  By the 4th or 5th you should really feel it all over.  Set up everything in advance - choose your kettle bells, dumbbells, etc. and write the whole series in big writing so you can read it fast - you shouldn't recover between sets at all.  You can change the routine to fit your needs, but it really hits lower back, thighs, shoulders, abs, glutes, pecs.  Should work quite well for wrestling.

    Hope that helps!
