i noticed when im doing some things that my wrist hurt is there anyway to strengthen my wrist?

  1. A great way to strengthen your wrist is to use a stress ball.  Every day do  three sets of 20 with each hand by squeezing one, in the morning and at night.

    Another great way is to attach a weight to a string by tying it together.  For instance, attach a book or free weight to a string by tying the string around it.  Then, while standing up, with both arms extended straight out,  roll up the string around a short pole and then roll it back down.  Do this 10-12x, three times a day.

    You can also try using a dumbbell about 5lbs-15lbs.  While kneeling on one knee extend one arm with the dumbbell in your hand.  Isolate this arm by holding its wrist with your other hand.  Turn over the dumbbell, and repeat this 12-20x.  Do this twice or three times until your wrists feels sore.  Make sure you do not do this too fast or over-exert yourself as you may get injured.

  2. what you should do is get some wrist waits you can buy them from avon and they realy help u just strap them on and do your dance or just pout them on when your sound the house and when u take em off u will feal the benifit :D
