After I would say about 15 minutes of play my right wrist begans to hurt when using forehand causing me not to swing fast and failing to get ball across. I used an wrist band that I got from nike and that seems not to work at all. So now I'm wondering should I worry about my wrist and buy something to wrap it with when playing or should I go see an doctor

  1. I'd see a doctor if it starts to swell, or gets very uncomfortable.

Usually with tennis players at my school, we do a basic/advanced wrist taping procedure and they're good to play.

But definitely get it checked out if it hurts too much!

  2. You most likely have tendonitis. Tendonitis is the inflammation of a tendon and it can cause some pain. It's not very serious but I'd go to a doctor just tp make sure =]
