Wristwatch instructions

Question

I have a Sharp wristwatch...(SHP2061-232-B111)...and I've lost the instructions which explain how to set it.; I'm about to take a sledge hammer to it...as the alarm keeps going off...and when I press a button, it stops...but then goes on again, etc,etc I need the INSTRUCTIONS so I can set it and operate it properly.
