  1. (2x+1)^3

  2. A trinomial is a polynomial with three terms.  Since (2x+1) must be a factor of your trinomial, the easiest way to answer is just to multiply the binomial (2x+1) by some other binomial, e.g.:

    (2x+1)(x+1) = 2x^2 + 3x +1

  3. Just use another element like the one you were given.

    (4x -1)

    (8x +3)

    (12x+5)

ANYTHING you choose. MAKE SURE THERE'S ONLY ONE VARIABLE WITHIN

Multiply them out and you"ll have a trinomial.  in rare cases you might do a perfect square or somthing but 99% of the times, you'll get a trinomial.

    (12x +5)(2x +1)

    24x^2 +12x + 10x +5

    24x^2 + 22x +5 BAM your trinomial

    (2x+1)(2x-1)

    4x^2 - 2x +2x -1

4x^2 -1 BONG sorry this is a perfect square
