I'd help, but actually...it isn't. Homeschoolers usually do not have accredited highschool diplomas of any kind, and still get accepted into the top universities across the nation.. even recruited by them. All a diploma is is a piece of paper that basically says "You did it! Good job!" No different than your kindergarten diploma or a certificate you'd get after finishing out the soccer season or winning a prize. It's ceremonial only. What colleges REALLY care about is your transcript, your test scores, your extracurricular involvement, and you as a person (shown through essays, interviews, etc.) So what is in fact important to your future is an EDUCATION. Not a diploma.

It is. Without it, you're future could be full of bad apostrophe usage. and poor capitalization. Inappropriate use of punctuation too,. You may even write nonsensical questions that start with "It is A." With one, you could write eight sentences on your own. Really, you could. Trust me.
