Write something for "about me..."...?

Question

I have to fill this form where i have to write something in 'about me' section and that has to be poetic or philosophical... as in other then the normal stuff...

please help me out...

Simple.  I am a boy x years old and I think this question means/adds  nothing to/for the reason of the completion this document and the reason for said document.  Both being irrelevant, and stored away 10 minutes after it is read, never to be looked at again.  And out of date early next week after I changed my mind 3 times.
