  1. I agree with "littlemis" all the way. I started my journals at around 16 yrs. old and now, at 53, have an incredible accounting of my entire life. I've used them to prove/disprove disputes, to recall the "feeling" of certain events and just to provide pure entertainment. They are the best of my best and the worst of my worst, and I value them more than the deed on my house. The 30 notebooks I filled before the internet are under lock and key and my now-digital files cannot be read by anyone but me.

It is NEVER too late to start. Once you're my age, you'll appreciate the memory boost they give, and trust me honey, you're gonna need it! I highly recommend you start now.

  2. i actually find that when I'm having problems or am in a bad mood that writing helps me a lot

  3. It is definitely  worth the time. That way you can unleash the wonderful details of your life and realise what an interesting life you've had. II'm 15 and I've never made an autobiography but I keep a journal. I think keeping a journal is the best  way to vent and express  your emotions and it also aids your writing skills in the long run.
