Writing a paper on Society?

Question

I need some information and personal opinions from you guys.

I'm doing a paper about how celebrities and the media are negitively affecting our society, including the younger generations. I need some examples of certain celebrities, songs, t.v. shows, etc. As well as your opinion.

A good issue to discuss would be the way celebrities are encouraging teen pregnancies and pregnancies outside committed relationships.  So many celebrities are pregnant these days, it seems as though babies are a new sort of accessory; the new 'it' thing to have.  Teenage girls look up to these women and seek to emulate them, and therefore end up with a very real baby they then have to raise without the aid of nannies and unlimited funding.

Celebrities are also, I believe, partly responsible for the huge surge in divorce in recent years.  Spouses, like babies, have become a sort of accessory that can easily be traded or dumped in favor of something more exciting.
