Writing a speech...?

i have been nominated for school captain...any speech writing ideas?...i have one night 2 do it...2 nite..and I know it needs to be funny, but that is difficult on cue!

easy way to make it funny is to reminisce.

have your normal speech, like what you want to make better in the school, why you would be good etc.

but then talk about a personal experience, like with friends, when you did something stupid and incorporate it in the speech.

e.g. i remember a time when my friends and i were running around, tripped over right in front of the popular guys, but were not even embarassed because of the unity in our grade and how we are all comfortable around each other, and that's what i want to happen throughout the school... (something along those lines - it's just an example... you get funny and you get a "moving moment")

or pay out some teachers that everyone pays out (but don't actually say their name) - everyone will already know who you're talking about.

Think well about the subject, and just let the pen slide as!

and make sure its not excessively funny, and also, don't make it too long!
