I am writing a paper for my art history course, and I have a couple questions. What makes a strong paper? This is my first art history class.

I have chosen three paintings that depict death, and have to discuss them together. What all should I discuss about the paintings? What can I do to make it creative?

  1. Well which paintings did you choose?

  2. discuss the painting's features in great amount of detail. to make a strong paper, id say i always look very deeply into things and make my paper memorable. like a poet. be a little abstract it really makes observers ponder about your piece of art.give metaphors and similies doing with death which im sure there are a lot of and that pretty much makes your paper as strong as can be. detail is the key
