Writing an excellent speech???

what to include to make it EXCELLENT! like rhetorical questions and triplets!!!

wat make a reeeeaaly good speech ?? really powerful ...... i know its really the way u present it but im doing it for an inclass so i wont be preforming it.

First, pick a topic that interests you, is relavent, and will interest others. Always go with your first instinct for a topic, because that will usually be the one you will know the most about.

Then, write a good intro. This can lead you into finding what the rest of your speech will be about. Find a startling fact, or amusing anecdote to start out with that will grab attention.

Write your body paragraphs, depending on how long the speech is, usually 2-3 will do. Use supporting information for main points, just as in an essay.

Lastly, write your conclusion. A good way to end is with a call to action, or rhetorical question. Something like "and the next time_____ you will remember to ____" or "Now what will you do when______?"
