Question:

Writing at bottom and sides of tv programs...

A good example of when this is most easily seen is during a football game.The scores and other info are partially outside the viewing area.It doesn't matter if you set the viewing area to zoom,panorama or wide,Zoom makes it worse but the problem is their in all viewing modes.
