Writing contest ideas?

I'm planning on hosting several writing contests (one for each month next year). I need some ideas for some contests. Does anybody have some good ideas for some contests?

How about a contest where the writers needs to work in a line of dialogue, ie

"Have you accepted Jesus and your personal saivor?"

"Don't poke the golden bear"

"When did the cat learn to do that"

You can also give the writers a random set a variables to work into the story ie.  person,place. thing

A nun, Mt. Everest, a doorknob

A computer nerd, the pet store, hairspray
