  1. To round to the nearest ten thousand, one would need to look at the number in the the thousands place. If it is 5 or bigger, round the number in the ten thousands place up 1. Otherwise, keep the number in the ten thousands place the same.

  2. Well firstly the tenth digits are    265,58(8)

    hundred digits are 265,5(88)

    thousand digits are 265,(588)

    ten thousand digits are 26(5,588)

So if you were to round to the nearest tenth digit it would be 265,590

If you were to round to the nearest hundred digit it would be 265,600

If you were to round to the nearest thousand digit it would be 266,000

If you were to round to the ten thousand digit it would be 270,000

So your answer would be 270,000. But remember if the digit is less than five, you round it to 0 and if it's more than five you round it to 10.

  3. 270,000.  the ten thousand place is the number 6 and if the figure before it is 5 or greater, then round up and that includes all the numbers to the right.
