Question:

Writing out a thank you card for work experience in a school?

Should I address it to the head by name and all other staff at the school or just to all the staff of such and such school? I have a seperate card for my work experience mentor and her class, so that's covered.

Many thanks.

  1. You should firstdate it, the put the name of the person in  charge over all of them, and say the thank tou, and before you end your thank you you could something like  the other staff personnel was great also; then maybe sign your name.

  2. That's a very nice thing of you to do. I would probably address it to the highest person at the school. Like the President or Headmaster or whatever that person is called at that school. Here's an example of the way we address stuff at my job:

    First M. Last, President

    The Lakes High School

    1234 Highschool Rd.

    Greatcity, Georgia 12345

    Or:

    Attn: First M. Last

    President, The Lakes High School

    1234 Highschool Rd.

    Greatcity, Georgia 12345
