Writing songs, how much to charge?

Question

I'm a songwriter, and have been writing my songs for over the years. Recently, other people have been asking me to write songs for them, or to co-write for them, which I think is so awesome! The only thing is, I don't know how much to charge them. These people are local artists working on demos. So, here are my following questions:

1.) How much should I charge to co-write a song?

2.) How much should I charge to write a whole song?

ok!i wright songs, TOO!i charge 10$ for a whole song, 5$ for half, and 3.50$ for 1/4! maybe you and i could hang out or somethin! send me a "question"sayin where you live and if you have any cds!latter and good luck!
