Question:

Writing stand up comedy but dont want to perform.?

Ive always been interested in writing so Ive started to keep a notebook of all little stories I want to tell. The trouble is it is starting to take the shape of a stand up comedy routine but I am way too scared and embarrassed to perform.

Is there any other outlet for this particular style of comedic writing?

  3. A lot of comedians use material written by other people.  I hope someone can provide the channels you are looking for.  I'm sure they exist.  Good luck.
