Wrong house number on USPS package

Question

Someone was shipping me a letter via USPS express mail. But I left out one number in the house address. How did it clear for shipping when the house number dosent exist? And is there a chance the mail could have corrected it? I put in 4603 when the real house number is 42603. My house is the only one on the block with 603 in it is there a chance it could still come or would it be canceled and return to the shipper?
