Wrong "birthdate" - used group inception date of 8/5/2004?

Question

Abandoning/Deleting an old group and setting up a new group with more generic ownership for when officers and moderators change. When I attempted to set up the new group, I entered the inception date for the chorus and even filled in the credit card info as the "parent" ... still locked out as too young to start a group ... HUGE OOOPS!
