Most companies will not follow proper protocol when dismissing an employee. No doubt, the manager will generate the paperwork. More often, office politics plays a bigger role than performance. However, US laws are stacked against the former employee today.

I'd like to see stronger unions and elimination of Taft-Hartley. For justice, support Ralph Nader and support your local Green Party.
