Wt. loss for a wedding?

I am a 24 yr/ F 5'11'' 165 lbs. I want to lose wt and weigh 140 lbs and look toned and fantastic for a wedding i need to stand up in June. However, the sooner I can reach my goal of course the better ! I am eating tons of fruits and veggies and trying to drink lots of water. I work out a little over an hour 4-6 times a week mostly doing cardio for at LEAST 30-60 min. If I keep going like this how long will I see my results? Any other pointers would be GREATLY apprechiated ! <3

  4. You should get quite a bit of protein (chicken, fish, egg whites etc.) in your diet. Only fruits and veggies are not good for you. Reason being that they are low in calories and if you keep your calories very low for very long, your body will get used to it and lower your metablic rate as well. This means that if your metablic rate falls down to 1000, anything above 1000 cals will convert to fat. So keep ahealthy diet. A very good way to lose fat using your diet is the 1-2 zig zag method.     As for the exercise. You can get alot done in alot less time. Look into HIIT and full body workouts in circuit training format. You can visit my blog for some training routines as well.
