  1. There is no easy solution.  Laziness to make an effort to lose weight is probably related to how one gains it in the first place.  Diet pills are a very bad idea, because people often times depend on them to maintain a decent weight.  Also, a sudden drop in weight is bad for the body to deal with.  Healthy dieting and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day will promote a safer and healthier way to drop the weight.


  2. The Yoga Pranayam (breathing exercises) will  help you relax and also help with the weight reduction, only if you are over-weight.

    Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after 1 minute.

    One week after you have built up your timing to maximum you can start watching the weight go down.Drink plenty of warm water.

    Bhastrika - Take a long deep breath into the lungs(chest not tummy) via the nose and then completely breathe out through the nose. Duration upto 5 minutes.

    Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and hold your head steady. Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

    Age over 15 years -do this for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).

    Age under 15 years -do this for 5 to 10  minutes twice a day(maximum 20 minutes in one day).

    Anulom Vilom –

    Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  

    then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  

    then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril

    then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.

    This is one cycle of anulom vilom.

    Age over 15 years -Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).

    Age under 15 years -Repeat this cycle for 5 to 10  minutes twice a day(maximum 20 minutes in one day).

    You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.



    Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.

    Duration : 5 to 12  times

    Once you have achieved your target, continue the pranayam once a day.

    Be patient, as the benefits will show over a period of months.Only by doing you will benefit

    and feel good because you are helping your body.Those who say I have tried everything....

    will be amazed at the result of doing pranayam.

  3. well, I have two suggestions

    one get Linda Rector Page's book healthy healing and read her chapter on weight loss.  she talks about if one can increase the brown fat in their body, they will lose weight.

    One of the herbs that does this is ephedra which I think was outlawed as it caused jittery type side effects and had some negative effects, but an herb called sida cordifolia does the same thing and without the negative side effects.

    I think it is best taken in a formula with other supportive weight loss herbs and she sells this but not sure of the name of the formula so check her book or maybe contact them.

    but you may be able to get the same results perhaps with just doing the 30 day juice fast and the intestinal cleanse number one and two if you do not have the money for all of it.

    I did this ten years ago and lost 70 pounds and though I have done nothing since, I still only gained half of it back...this has never happened in my life.  I ALWAYS gain it back --plus more--whenever I try to loss weight,.

    I think it was the colon cleansing as when we eat cooked and process food, sludgy junk builds on the colon walls and eventually hardens and this does two things

    1. causes germs to proliferate and the filth permeates through the call wall and get into the blood stream..this dirty blood goes through the liver to be cleansed but eventually overwhelms the liver and starts damaging many cells/organs and then disease results..many say that all diseases start in the colon.  Colon cleansing breaks this hardened fecal matter , softens it and washes it away so the germs and filth go with it.

    2.  It interferes with the nutrients from the food and vitamins we consume being absorbed and thus we are technically malnourished despite eating and also starving and thus overly ravenous or hungry.  When we eliminate this hardened waste (called mucoid plague), the nutrients can again be absorbed, nourishing our bodies and reducing the craving to eat all the time.

    Dr Christopher said that he once ate 4 huge meals but after several colon cleanses (it often takes several to get it all), he only needed 2 light meals a day and had way more pep.  He said all of his students who did colon cleansing cut their food bills in half.
