  1. my strengths would be my Faith in our Lord,.. music is my stress reliever,cold liquid drinks and sleep, i have faced many obstacles one of them is losing the will to survive.


  2. my strength is my own ambition, my drive is from the hunger for better answers to my own questions. I have many obsticals i have overcome the biggest being my own doubt as to whether or not I am making the right decisions. overcoming your own obsticals empowers you to be able to offer help to others.The best way a remove stress is vigorous physical activity,something to focus on as opposed to dwelling on your problem. Try skateboarding.....physical pain sometimes lessens mental anguish.  Its hard to focus on relationship stress or other stress when you are trying to focus on not busting your *** on a half-pipe.  When you fall and hurt yourself your only thinking about the physical hurt you r in , not the mental hurt.
