Okay so I just woke up, and I remember my dream so vividly.

I was in this poor low class city, and all of the people got sick...

And then they started bleeding everywhere and they started chasing me

And eventualy I turned into one sick bloody person. And I went to a group of survivors and started killing everyone.

Wtf why did I have this dream????

It was so clear... it was like a movie.

And I think I've seen a movie similar to my dream before.... I think it was 23 weeks later or sometin...

  1. when you think about something there is a good chance that you will dream about it later

  2. thats wierd. but usually you have dreams about stuff because you think about it in your life. so maybe if you saw a movie similar it would make you have a night mare of some sort.

oh yeah and i found out that most of the time- if you have a dream more than once they will come true- or at least it will happen similar.

    (:

  3. To dream that you or others are sick, denotes discordance and trouble in your life. It may also signal a part of yourself that needs to be healed, either physically or mentally. Perhaps you are wallowing in your own self-pity.

To see blood in your dream, represents life, love, and passion as well as disappointments

To dream that you are being chased, signifies that you are avoiding a situation that you do not think is conquerable. It is often a metaphor for some form of insecurity

To dream that you kill someone, indicates that heavy stress may cause you to lose your temper and self-control.  Consider the person you have killed and ask yourself if you feel any rage towards him or her in your waking life. You may very well be expressing some anger or hatred toward this person. Alternatively, you may be trying to kill or put an end to an aspect of yourself that is represented by the person killed. Identify the characteristics of this person and ask yourself how you do not want to be like him or her.

  4. Whooooa! But it was probably just because you've been watching scary movies

  5. This might sound kind of blunt, and you don't have to answer me, but have you been taking any anti-depressants? I have taken certain ones that gave me HORRENDOUS gory morbid dreams. Dreams where my mother gets beheaded and my boyfriend gets crushed by a steam roller... Really amazingly scary ****. It made me afraid to go to sleep cause it happened every single night. So it COULD be that, IF you are taking any of those. I suppose any medications could do that to the brain. Dreams are in the subconscious mind, so if you are playing video games a lot, that could do it, too. It does not have to be scary movies, but scary video games that can induce nightmares. Or even a scary book! If i were you, I would stay away from computer and TV screens an hour before bed, read before sleeping, and check out any meds you maybe taking. Hope that helps.

  6. So... it sounds somewhat Resident Evil-ish, don't you think??

  7. Hmmm. I found this:

If something bad is on their mind, it incorporates itself into the dream. Say your dreading something the next day, your mind is so stressed out from it, that you start thinking of something worse than that. Anything worse than that, would be a nightmare.

    Here;

    Nightmares are bad dreams.

They can make you feel extremely scared and frightened. But fear not….these dreams are not real and are usually quite normal.

Characterized by vivid imagery and extreme feelings such as anxiety, fear, sadness or guilt they are powerful enough to wake you up.

Children experience frightening dreams more often than adults, especially between the ages of 3-4 and 7-8, as this is when they are dealing with separation anxiety.

Bad dreams at this age show a normal struggle to cope with fears and issues and they usually involve being chased by wild animals. This is a normal stage of development for children and should be viewed as such.

In adults, about 50% report experiencing nightmares occasionally and of these, they occur more often in women than men.

There are certain factors that contribute to frightening dreams occurring in adults:

    1. Certain Medications and illnesses, especially fever, can cause bad dreams.

    2. Stress and anxiety in adults is the main reason that causes bad dreams. If there are some stressful events or huge changes in your life this can definitely lead to frightening dreams.

    3. Traumatic events such as deaths, serious injuries or being attacked can bring on a severe form called Post Traumatic Nightmares and these are more severe than regular bad dreams and are usually recurring dreams. Treatment can be sought for these forms of dreams as they are usually more disturbing and persistent in nature.

  8. your brain probably wanted to entertain u last night. so it tried to scare the c**p out of you.

  9. 28 Weeks Later and 28 Days Later.

    They are movies about zombies.

Scary movies do scare you till the core!

Forget it by watching comedy movies such as Friends.

Good luck with forgetting those things.

  10. Its just a bunch of mind junk... its ok:) bits and pieces of your day and things you've seen in movies and stuff.

I have a lot of lucid dreams, this helps me deal with nightmares.

Try to make a conscience effort to know when you are dreaming.

When your dreaming realize that you are dreaming and control it.

One time a few wks ago I had a dream where I was on a boat floating around town, and this women next to me was screaming that she couldn't find her child. I told her she was dreaming and when she wakes up she'll find him in his bed. Then this person walks up to us aggressively. I went in his face and asked him to tell me who he was, and told him that I knew I was dreaming. It turned into this Matrix style humanoid, its face glowed as it tried to intimidate me.

    Then I woke up...
