Wtf inside of my lips chapped after brushing teeth? gel like?

after i brush my teeth the inside of my lips begins to peel and it feels like gel. how do i stop this from happening wtf

Did you recently change to a peroxide tooth paste?

Rinsing your mouth with a dilution of water and baking soda will help your lips heal.

Does your toothpaste have a whitener in it?  The whitening agent could be chapping your inner lip.  Switch to a toothpaste without a whitener and it will be gentler on your teeth/gums.
