  1. So the people who like the crunchy skin can have yours. Mmmmmmm!

  2. Well you pull the chicken off the bone  piece by piece and eat it while remembering to give some to the meowing cat.  Then every few minutes you say CRAPOLA...I want some of that DANG great chicken skin and you lift your head back and little by little chew and drop that cruncy spicy skin into your  mouth...then you goo ummm ummm finger l*****g good!

  3. emm...KFC i'm hungry now >=]

  4. Really.  That's the best part.  If you want skinless, skin it raw, coat it and then fry it.

  5. I've seen skinless fried chicken in the supermarket's freezer.

I thought the same thing... wtF!

I think it's offerered for people that worry about the fat, but still want fried chicken.  It's a "healthy" version... lol!  It's just crazy that people are so afraid/paranoid of food being "fattening" that they change the recipe!

In regards to people taking the coating and skin off of fried chicken... buy are roasted chicken instead!

  6. It tastes less greasy that way.

  7. the inside is better when it's fried.

  8. I believe the bake chicken interferes with the meat taste and also its easier to take the skin off the fried chicken

  9. I nibble the crunchies off the skin first.  And I do eat the skin on wings.

  10. Because most people don't like the skin and choose to take the skin off, and the fact that most people still like fried even without the skin because they think the skin is fatning.

  11. Good point. I never understood that either.

  12. lol that is funny cuz thats what i do.. i absolutely love KFC.. but the thing is.. even though you are taking off the skin..you can still taste the flavoring of the chicken..which is incredibly yummy..;lol...so even though i take off the skin, i can still taste the seasoning.. since i dont like the texture of the skin....

  13. ...there is not point. i don't like fried chicken, but when my friends or family go out to get fried chicken, i take the skin off. but i wouldn't buy fried chicken just to take the skin off.

  14. Fried chicken has a different flavor than other types of cooked chicken.  Some people don't like the fat of the skin, but appreciate the savory flavor of the meat, so they take off the biggest part of skin.

  15. haha i actually hate the skin i take it off and my mom eats it :)

  16. You can take the skin off my fried chicken and it's still wicked good, moist and tender.

Consuming the skin is just extra fat and if you're an "average" American you can probably stand to avoid it.

Cooking skinless chicken is lower in fat but you also lose many flavor points and it will dry out very easily.
